Workshop Description:

Celebrate creativity, confidence, and self-expression in this exciting 2-hour workshop for kids! Shine & Shimmer combines playful yoga with hands-on crafting for a fun-filled experience. Students will flow through an engaging yoga session, followed by a guided meditation to inspire calm and focus. Then, they’ll unleash their creativity by designing personalized glitter tube bracelets that reflect their unique style.

Yoga Session:

Kids will stretch, move, and shine in a fun-spirited yoga flow featuring energizing poses that encourage balance, flexibility, and strength. The session concludes with a calming guided meditation to promote mindfulness and relaxation, leaving students feeling refreshed and focused.

Craft Details:

The creative fun begins as kids design and create their very own glitter tube bracelets! Using a variety of vibrant colors and materials, they will craft wearable works of art that express their individuality and personal flair.
