Patrick earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics with minors in Physics and Secondary Education from Alfred University in 2013. While there, he student taught a wide range of subjects: from 7th grade math to pre-calculus and physics. He continued his education at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell and received an M.S. in Industrial Mathematics with a concentration in Physics in 2014. During this time, he was a substitute teacher and tutored extensively. In January of 2015, Patrick became a full-time teacher at Boulder Creek High School in Anthem and currently teaches dual-enrollment college algebra and college math. He believes it is important for his students to understand the value of math in the real world, as opposed to just going through the process of solving a particular problem. Patrick offers tutoring services in math and science at middle and high school levels.
